Can I upgrade plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time! Please contact a SSP Staff Member to do so. Your new rate will begin on your next billing cycle.
When does the birthday discount expire?
Members receive 10% OFF birthday parties and special events for the registered child. You must be a valid member for the discount to apply.
Birthday discounts are valid only through the child’s actual birthday. Discounts not used by that date are considered forfeited and cannot be applied afterward.
Do you offer refunds?
Memberships are non‑refundable, but you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle with your online portal account.
How do guest passes work?
Members receive one guest pass every 3 months. Guest passes allow you to bring a friend or family member for a playdate at no additional cost.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are non‑transferable and apply only to the child originally registered.
Is supervision required for children?
Yes! Parents/caregivers are required to supervise their children at ALL times while visiting the Playhouse.
