Field Trip Facility Rates
Due to our inability to verify each child’s level of participation, ALL children attending must be under 9 years old and must have a signed waiver on file, regardless of whether they take part in play activities. Additionally, any guest under 18 years old who attends with the field trip group (whether participating or not) must have a completed waiver to enter the facility.

Grip socks are required for all children; adults must wear standard socks in the play areas. Field trip rates do NOT include sock purchase. We will offer teacher a discount if purchasing over 10 pairs.

Adult Supervision
Each group must provide 1 adult chaperone for every 10 children. Chaperones are expected to remain actively engaged and supervise their assigned children throughout the entire visit.
Waivers
A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver for each participating child before the field trip date. SSP will provide a custom waiver link to the group organizer, who is responsible for distributing it to all families. We recommend that all waivers be completed at least one week prior to the field trip date to ensure a smooth check‑in process.
Grip Socks Required
Grip socks are required for all participants and adults inside the play areas. A bulk discount is available when purchasing 10 or more pairs. Guests without grip socks will not be permitted to enter or participate in play activities. All adults attending must wear standard socks inside the play zones.
Completion Deadline
All waivers must be submitted prior to arrival. Children without completed waivers will not be permitted to participate in play activities.
Arrival & Check‑In
Groups should arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check‑in and organization before play begins. All guests must check in at the front desk to ensure all liability waivers are signed.
Setup Policy
Early setup is not available due to tightly scheduled events. If setup time is needed, groups may use a portion of their reserved field trip time by providing guests with a later start time.
Arrival Timing
Late arrivals may reduce your play time; NO refunds or discounts will be provided.
End‑Time Policy
Field trips must end promptly at the scheduled end‑time to allow us to prepare for the next group, maintain capacity limits, and support staff scheduling. Courtesy reminders will be given 30 minutes and 5 minutes before your end time.
Late Departure Fee: A $30 fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end‑time.
Safety Expectations
Chaperones and SSP staff work together to maintain a safe environment. All children are expected to follow posted play rules and instructions from SSP staff.
