Make birthday parties simple, exciting, and memorable with a semi-private or fully private party experience designed for both kids and parents. From active play to dedicated party space, we provide a fun and welcoming environment where families can celebrate without the stress of hosting at home.
Party Packages
Every party package comes with a set total time that includes setup, playtime, celebrating in the party room, and cleanup. For semi‑private parties, families handle their own clean-up. For private parties, our team takes care of all clean-up for you.
Once your event starts, you’re free to relax and mingle while your party host manages all guest check-ins. You’re welcome to use your allotted time however you choose, giving you the flexibility to customize the flow, pace, and activities of your celebration!
Party Rooms
Our party offerings include two dedicated rooms. One designed for ages 1–4 and another created for ages 5–9.
Semi-Private Party
A semi-private party held during normal business hours; the playground will be OPEN to other guests.
Deluxe Private Party
A private rental of our entire indoor playground on Friday or Saturday; the playground will be CLOSED to other guests.

Party FAQs
How is supervision handled during parties?
For parties, we understand that not all parents may stay. In these cases, the party host becomes responsible for supervising any child whose parent or caregiver is not present. Please ensure you have enough adults to safely supervise all attending children throughout the event.
Can I bring my own food and cake?
Yes, all food is allowed in the party room. Food and drinks are not permitted in the common seating area or play floor. NO alcoholic beverages are permitted in the facility.
When can I arrive for setup?
You are able to come to the facility 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to decorate your room. Earlier access beyond that depends on room availability and requires a $50 fee.
Are we allowed to bring food into the shared seating area?
To ensure enough space for all guests, party food is not permitted outside of your assigned party room. Private party rentals may decorate their room in any style they choose.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring decorations for your party room. We just ask that nothing is taped to painted walls and balloons are used in the common areas.
Are any decorations NOT allowed?
Glitter, confetti, piñatas, silly string, bubbles, noise-disrupting items and loose balloons are not permitted anywhere in the facility. If any of these items are brought in or used, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to the party total.
What serves as “noise‑disrupting” items?
Noise‑disrupting items include whistles, air horns, nerf guns, loud noisemakers, amplified speakers, portable microphones, and any sound‑producing toys that could disturb other guests or overwhelm the play environment. We aim to maintain a fun, energetic atmosphere without overwhelming noise levels, so we appreciate your help in keeping the space comfortable for everyone.
Can I bring in a Pinata?
Due to the space and safety of the children, Piñatas are not allowed at parties.
Can we stay and play after the party ends?
Playtime is included only during your scheduled party window. Any guests who stay beyond your reserved time will require full‑price admission, depending on capacity.
How do you handle older siblings who attend but aren’t part of the party?
Non‑party siblings are welcome to relax in the café area at no charge as long as they are not playing. If they choose to play, regular admission applies for children ages 9 and under. Children over age 9 may hang out in our Hangout space, seating area, or party room until the party’s playtime is finished.
What is your cleanup policy?
We ask that you take home all personal belongings and dispose of all trash items before leaving. Our staff will handle the rest, including wiping down tables and chairs to prepare the room for the next celebration.
Birthday Party Policies
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your party for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. This deposit covers administrative time, reserved space, and the loss of potential bookings for that time slot.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit one time to a new date if the request is made at least 7 days before your original party date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event will require a new deposit.
No‑Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled party and no prior notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future booking.
Weather or Facility‑Related Cancellations
If we must cancel or reschedule your party due to weather, maintenance, or any issue on our end, your deposit will be fully transferred to a new date of your choice.
